FAQ
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking ahead for weekends and holidays to guarantee your spot. Groups of 10+ must book at least 48 hours in advance.
Closed shoes are mandatory for all rope activities. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Avoid loose jewellery, scarves, or anything that could get caught on equipment.
Activities have individual age minimums (8-14 years depending on the activity). Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
Yes. Every participant must complete our digital waiver before any activity. You can sign it on your phone when you arrive — it takes about 3 minutes.
Light rain? We run. Heavy downpour? We pause until it passes. If conditions make activities unsafe, we'll reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
Outside food is not permitted in the dining area, but you're welcome to bring snacks for the grounds. Our Smoke Pit serves fresh nyama choma and other dishes all day.
Yes, free parking is available on site for cars and buses. The entrance is clearly marked from the main Naro Moru road.
